Credit Card Payment Security

The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured using the latest version of TLS encryption. The online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption.

SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transfer.

This enables secure transmission of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the customer's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.

WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected from unauthorized access.

Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard set by Visa and Mastercard rules.

The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and they are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

geh-simpozij.ba website. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.

The services provided by the geh-simpozij.ba online store do not include the costs associated with using computer equipment and services to access our pages. Udruženje GASTROENTEROLOGA is not responsible for phone, internet traffic, or any other costs that may arise.

Although Udruženje GASTROENTEROLOGA strives to provide the best possible service, Udruženje GASTROENTEROLOGA cannot guarantee that the services on geh-simpozij.ba will meet your needs.

Udruženje GASTROENTEROLOGA also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. In case of errors, please report them to our Contact Center or to the technical organizer via email at info@purplekey.ba so that we can resolve them as quickly as possible.


Ordering

The customer orders the service via the electronic order form. A customer is considered any person who electronically orders a service, fills in the required information, and submits the order. All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT. The customer also has the option to display prices in US dollars and euros. The service is ordered electronically by clicking on the specific product and confirming the selection. The service is considered ordered at the moment the customer selects and confirms the payment method.


Payment

Products or services are paid online with one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.


Delivery

The paid service is provided exclusively in digital form, with no physical delivery to an address. After confirming the successful online transaction, the customer will receive an email notification with all relevant information about using the service.

The customer must ensure the accuracy of the provided email address when ordering, as the merchant is not responsible for any errors that may prevent the delivery of the notification.

In case of technical difficulties accessing the service, the customer can contact the merchant to find an appropriate solution. After receiving the email notification, the service is considered delivered in full, and no refunds are possible except in the case of technical inability to access the service, subject to verification by the merchant.


Complaints

The service provider is committed to providing the service according to the description stated on www.geh-simpozij.ba. Illustrations and descriptions on the website are for informational purposes only and may not fully match the user's experience, and the user does not have the right to complain on this basis.

In case of technical difficulties or defects in the service delivery, the service provider takes full responsibility. The user must report the issue within 4 (four) working days from the date of access or attempted use of the service. After receiving the complaint, the service provider will allow the user to re-use the service without additional charges within 3 (three) working days. The user does not have the right to request a refund, only a reactivation of access or an adequate replacement of the service.

The service provider is not responsible for any technical issues or delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to, problems with the user's internet connection, operators, or third parties. If the user cannot access the service due to technical issues on the provider's side, the provider is committed to providing an alternative solution via email at no additional cost. If the user still cannot access the service due to technical issues on the provider's side, the user should contact support to receive an adequate solution at no extra charge.

If the user fails to use the service within the designated time frame, and the technical issues are not related to the service provider but are caused by the user, operator, or third parties, the service provider is not responsible and is not obligated to allow re-use of the service without compensation. The user must use the service within 5 (five) working days; otherwise, they will lose the right to complain or use the service later, even if payment was made.
